The Museo's Permanent Collection
The Museo maintains a small but impressive permanent collection of paintings, sculptures,
photographs, and works on paper by prominent Italian and Italian-American
artists. Included are several works by such internationally recognized
painters as Francesco Clemente, Sandro Chia, Tom Marioni, Mimmo
Paladino, Emilio Tadini, and many others; sculptures by Elio
Benvenuto, David Bottini, Italo Scanga, Arnaldo Pomodoro and,
on permanent loan, by Beniamino Bufano. Fine examples of earlier
20th centry artists Rinaldo Cuneo, Giuseppe Cadenasso, and Luigi
Lucioni complement the collection as well as precious 18th century
etchings by Antonio Visentini and Pietro Testa.
The Museo periodically exhibits a selection
from its permanent collection, which presents varied and different
exhibitions, on Italian and Italian-American culture. The Museo
continually seeks to expand its permanent collection of art by
Italian and Italian-American artists. If you are interested in
donating a work of art to the Museo, please contact us.
